The Following branches are licensed yearly through the International Koei-Kan Karate-Do Federation. (Koei-Kan Karate-Do International) Headquarters in Tokyo Japan under the auspices of Koei-Kan founder Onishi Eizo. These are the only branches in the United States fully authorized and recognized by Koei-Kan Karate-Do International. All branches are under the supervision of Brian Frost , Untied States Director/Chief Technical Instructor.
